To create opportunity pipeline that results in full quota attainment
To create and execute daily calling plans as an essential pipeline step to achieve segment.
To position partners and field sales engagement successfully with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified
Responsible for generating pipeline of qualified opportunities that will feed the RSM and BDM target.
Full integration with field in each region
Send out weekly updates on the interlock details with field
Able to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement
High degree of knowledge of License/Services offerings, with a strong ability to communicate software solutions for the company
Able to solve problems with customers as a first escalation point
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with senior executives of the company, Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
Achieves revenue/Target and customer satisfaction goals
Pipeline size, aging and quality
Profiling the customer base
Minimum 1-2 years of tele-sales experience in IT industry.
Experience in end-to-end sales is preferred.
Understanding of channel sales
Must hold BTECH/BCA Degree.
Must be from Hardware and Software sales back ground.
Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
